The roller conveyor shot blasting machine is built for full-scale surface pretreatment. It reliably strips oxide scale, old paint and rust off steel beams, metal sheets and sectional profiles, and works great for cleaning bulky complex machinery frames as well as welded steel structures too.
This well-designed unit is split into three separate functional zones: an inlet pre-chamber, the main blasting chamber and a final cleaning chamber. Workpieces move steadily through all sections on an inverter-controlled roller conveyor, with running speed adjustable between 0.5m/min and 4m/min. We tailor the total roller length to fit the maximum size of your actual workpieces.
We arrange the blast turbines and internal passage openings to match the outline and overall size of your parts exactly. All blast wheels are made of wear-resistant material, with individual power ranging from 7.5 kW to 45 kW for stable, powerful blasting output.
Inside the rear cleaning chamber, rotating brushes paired with high-pressure air nozzles sweep and blow away leftover dust on workpiece surfaces before they leave the equipment.
This roller conveyor model can be seamlessly connected to full production lines for steel plates and beams, covering upstream cutting, blasting, painting and post-spray drying processes.
It comes with a premium cartridge dust collector to meet environmental rules, keeping exhaust dust concentration under 30mg/m³.
